Production Pass Photo Upload

Instructions

The Ponoka Stampede Association will be issuing gate passes to assist those involved in production of the Ponoka Stampede events (volunteers and production contracts) in accessing the rodeo grounds to fulfill their duties.

A few items of note:

Passes will only be accepted at the West Track tunnel, Southeast Vehicle tunnel, and the Accessibility entrance on the east side of the main grandstand.
Pass permission level and accessibility points may vary. This is set by the director who granted the pass.
Passes are valid for the pass holder only.
The pass does not grant access to seating in reserved, ticketed seating areas.

Production IDs can be picked up at Ponoka Stampede Rodeo Office:

Wednesday June 25 - 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Thursday June 26 - 10:30 am - 6:30 pm
Friday June 27 - 3:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Saturday June 28 - 4:30pm - 6:30 pm
Sunday June 29 - 4:30pm - 6:30 pm

SAFETY ORIENTATION

If you have not completed a Ponoka Stampede Safety Orientation in the last 3 years, you are required to complete, sign and return a paper copy of PSA's Safety Orientation to the Ponoka Stampede Rodeo Office. A new orientation is required every 3 years.
